24-Hour Policy for Cancellations and/ or Rescheduling

Please give atleast 24 hours notice by email to cancel, change  or reschedule appointments. This applies to appointments within packages as well.

Late cancellations mean that the appointment time held for you goes unfilled. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the session fee.

Last minute cancellations (less than 6 hours) and No-shows are charged 100% of the session fee.

Late arrivals-

You are more than welcome to arrive a few minutes early and get comfortable before your session. While I try to  do my best to accomodate one-off delays of a few minutes, I often can't as it affects the rest of my schedule. 

Packages and gift cards/ gift sessions-

Packages and gift cards are good only towards services. They are non-refundable, non-transferable and can't be redeemed for cash value.

Modes of payment- 

Modes of payment I accept are cash and all major credit & debit cards.

Zero Tolerance policy on Inappropriate behaviour or Speech

​

My office has a zero tolerance policy toward any inappropriate behaviour/ speech, sexual innuendo. The session will be terminated immediately with the full  fee being due.
